Our 100% guarantee ensures that every purchase on aquazfishing.com exceeds your expectations. We will gladly accept a return of items that are in new condition with original tags within 30 days of the purchase date. Returned items cannot be washed, worn, or altered.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns of items purchased from other retailers. If you wish to return an item that you purchased from a different retailer or website, please contact the original place of purchase.

Full-price merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order date to receive a refund. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment. A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all orders made after May 24, 2023.

The customer may choose to pay and ship with any courier and level of service of their choice that has shipment tracking, or we can provide a prepaid return shipping label with the cost deducted from the refund amount after the restocking fee has been applied.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock.

The original item must be returned in new condition with original tags within 30 days of the purchase date. The items cannot be washed, worn, or altered.

Once we receive the original purchase, we will process a refund for the cost of the original item with a 2.5% restocking fee deducted. The customer may choose to pay and ship with any courier and level of service of their choice that has shipment tracking, or we can provide a prepaid return shipping label with the cost deducted from the refund amount after the restocking fee has been applied.
